Software
HIBsterVention is the first comprehensive software platform
designed specifically for the management of student services including:
- Intervention & Referral Services/RtI
- English Language Learners
- Section 504
- Health Plans
- HIB Safety Plans for Targets
- HIB Remedial Plans for Aggressors
NJ Administrative Code requires each board of education to “… establish and implement a coordinated system in each school building for the planning and delivery of intervention and referral services that are designed to assist students who are experiencing learning, behavior, or health difficulties…” [N.J.A.C. 6A:16-7.1(a)]; and which are designed to “…assist staff who have difficulties in addressing students’ learning, behavior, or health needs.” [N.J.A.C. 6A:16-7.1(a)]
HIBsterVention is designed to 1) assist staff who have difficulties in addressing students’ learning, behavior, or health needs; 2) assist Intervention & Referral Service teams to better assist staff who have difficulties in addressing students’ learning, behavior, or health needs; 3) to serve as a comprehensive electronic tool for managing intervention and referral services (I&RS) from beginning to end.
HIB Remedial Plans for Aggressors
- Centralize and simplify the I&RS process
- Collect, evaluate, and verify intervention referrals
- Create and generate action plans
- Rate the effectiveness of intervention and pre-intervention practices
- Share and rate best practices with staff
- Request and receive observations from staff electronically
- Generate reports and letters with just a few clicks
HIBsterVention’s features are applicable to the management of intervention and accommodation plans for English Language Learners, Section 504, and Student Health Plans. HIBsterVention also provides for the development of HIB Safety Plans for Targets and HIB Remedial Plans for Aggressors
