Leading Expert in School-Based Interventions & Professional Development
Dr.Michael DuBose is an experienced school counselor and education leader with a proven track record across elementary, middle, and high school settings. As a professional development on-site course instructor for HIBsterVention, he will guide you through HIBsterVention courses that are designed to equip educators with effective strategies for intervention, student support, and bullying prevention.
With extensive expertise in Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS), Section 504 Plans, and Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) coordination, Dr. DuBose has served in key roles such as school disciplinarian, academic scheduler, student honors facilitator, and Honor Society advisor. His hands-on approach ensures that educators receive practical, real-world training that directly applies to their school environments.
